Standard Vacuum Automatic Rubber Gasket Cutting Machine
Rapid cutting molding of each rubber, silica gel gasket, and
circular products, which can manufacture the rectangle products
(such as gasket) of original single-cavity mold and a multi-cavity
mold section through altering mold, can make the products into a
mode of a cavity and cylindrical molding.
Making use of equidistant cutting molding of our products can
greatly improve efficiency (saving multi-cavity filling and
liberating labor) and advance (due to the difference between
multi-cavity and mold aging).
The precision of this cutting running accuracy is 0.01mm, resetting
accuracy is 0.01mm, deviation ±0.03mm, cutting
surface luster can reach, these can greatly save the multi-mode
cavity side of waste materials.
3. FEATURES
3.1. Standard adopting program to control auto-off material
(lessening trivial process of altering clamping apparatus). When
the products are finished cutting, an off-material device that is
installed on the head of the machine will stretch out automatically
to push out the product. And collect the products that have been
cut through the collection box.
3.2. With the design of vacuum adsorption and blowing, it is
convenient to install products, greatly improving efficiency.
3.3. Adopting import servo electric machine, greatly improving
cutting precision.
3.4. The machine adopts an LCD touch screen, all parameters can be
seen clearly and it is quite easy to operate.
3.5. The machine can be installed with a circular or square blade.
