The precision-performing machine mainly comprises a ram extrusion device and a rubber blank-cutting device set on the head. In addition, it is equipped with a hydraulic system, a vacuum system, a heating system, a pneumatic system, and an electrical system. When the precision performing machine is working, open the machine head, load the preheated and rolled rubber material from the

front of the barrel set the extrusion speed and cutting speed, evacuate and cut, and you can get the rubber blank with accurate weight.

How does the Precision Performing Machine work ;

The precision performing machine mainly comprises a ram extrusion device and a rubber blank-cutting device set on the head. 1. Extrusion device: It is composed of a hydraulic cylinder, barrel, machine head, etc.

2. Hydraulic device: The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder is controlled by a flow valve, and the pressure difference before and after throttling is always controlled at a constant value by the pressure difference valve to ensure accurate control of the weight of the extruded and cut rubber blank.

3. Pneumatic device: used to control the opening and closing of the cylinder head and other actions.

4. Vacuum pumping system: Before squeezing and cutting the rubber material, a vacuum is applied to eliminate the air inside the barrel and the machine head and the gas contained in the rubber material, thereby improving the quality of the vulcanized products in the next process.

5. Heating system: Adopt water circulation heating mode, the temperature is controlled and displayed by a digital thermostat. Ensure that the temperature of the machine head and barrel is constant.

6. Cutting device: frame, motor, and deceleration system. A transmission device is installed at the lower part of the rack.
